ALEX HAAS- Vocals, Rhythm Guitar

Alex Haas was chilling at childhood friend Rob Petitt's house when he played him the beginning of Pink Floyd's "Wish You Were Here". Alex was impressed and decided he needed to learn it. Since then, Rob and Alex have been jamming. A talented vocalist and songwriter, Alex sites artists such as Funktional Flow, Lotus, Rome Ramirez, Bumpin' Uglies, Rebelution, The Elovaters and Smackdab as his main influences.
ROB PETITT- Vocals, Lead Guitar (2014-2018)

Rob is the co-founder of the band. He has been playing guitar from a very young age, and in the early days was Alex's mentor on guitar. His monolithic leads added bright color to K-Sky's sound, and his songwriting and esoteric lyricism lit up the band's repertoire. His influences include Jimi Hendrix, Jerry Garcia, Trey Anastasio, and his parents. Rob departed from the band in early 2018.

GUY FRENCH- Drums
​
Guy has been playing drums on and off since the age of three, but really locked into it at the age of sixteen. Shortly afterward he joined his local church's music ministry. Guy met the band while he was with the short-lived Zero to Hero. They needed a drummer, and a mutual friend suggested him. A rock drummer by training, Guy quickly adapted to the band's reggae style. His list of influences include Ringo Starr, Dave Grohl, Bud Gaugh, Yuval Gabay, Nick Mason, Carlton Barrett, Bill Kreutzmann, and his father Guy French, Sr.

CARL HERMAN- Keyboards
​
Carl has been playing piano since the age of 5 learning classical music and ragtime, teaching him the art of improvisation. After seeing a video of a K-Sky performance, Carl offered his services on keys and joined the band shortly thereafter, adding a very rich layer to the bands sound. His improvisational skills have added brilliant new dimensions to the band's live performance.
TRISTAN REINARD- Bass, Vocals

Tristan joined the band after Alex Haas and Rob Petitt saw him performing at a local corn roast. Impressed with the 17-year-old Tristan's performance, the duo invited him to their band. His bass lines and improvisational skills lay a solid foundation for the group's music. His funky playing style and onstage energy has proven to be a real crowd pleaser for the band. He is also a talented songwriter and a chameleonic vocalist.
SETH BYKOWSKI- Saxophone
Seth Bykowski is a talented graduate of Berklee College of Music. He has played with the band Poppa's Crates, has sat in with The Doors' Ray Manzarek and Robby Krieger, was part of a Bob Marley Ensemble in college, as well as performing jazz/funk fusion. Seth's influences include Charlie Parker, John Coltrane, Phil Woods, Joshua Redman, and Ben Wendel.

ASHLEY PAULUS- Vocals
​
Ashley is a talented vocalist and one of the newest members of Ksky. She has been singing for as long as she can remember, and it has always given her a sense of security. She took piano lessons from ages 7-9, and also has played trumpet and guitar. She is from Mayville, New York, and studies at SUNY Fredonia. Her influences include Sara Bareilles, Kelly Clarkson, Idina Menzel, Demi Lovato, Ariana Grande, The Beatles, Selena Gomez, Miley Cyrus, SOJA, and Red Hot Chili Peppers.

BILL BRATEK- Lead Guitar

Bill Bratek is the youngest and newest member of Ksky. A friend of bassist Tristan Reinard, he stepped in as an emergency fill in, impressing the band with his talent. He was hired immediately full time after the gig. He has been playing guitar for just two years, but his talent and skill far surpass that. He learned some chords from his friend Victor and Tristan himself, and picked up some leads as he progressed. He listens to several different genres of music, and his influences include Jerry Garcia, Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughn, David Gilmore, Duane Allman, Dickey Betts, John Mayer, Jimmy Page, Trey Anastasio, Guthrie Govan, Eddie Van Halen, Carlos Santana, BB king, and Buddy Guy.
